You don't need access to any workout equipment or a gym to complete these workouts. Mini-bands, dumbbells, a stable chair, and a ball have been incorporated into some programs. But there are plenty of body weight (no equipment) plans in the app!
If you don't want to follow the meal plan, that is totally okay! You can enjoy other functionalities and recipes that the app offers!
