If you purchase the "Meal plan and Training plan for 30 or 365 days" you get access to:

  • a personalized meal plan and training plan
  • access to sleep sounds, guided meditations, and devotionals
  • access to single-workouts or challenges for all fitness levels
  • a grocery shopping list to make eating healthy simple
  • a place to track progress and evaluate your progress over time

You don't need access to any workout equipment or a gym to complete these workouts. Mini-bands, dumbbells, a stable chair, and a ball have been incorporated into some programs. But there are plenty of body weight (no equipment) plans in the app!

If you don't want to follow the meal plan, that is totally okay! You can enjoy other functionalities and recipes that the app offers!

Yes! We have knee-friendly low-impact workouts inside the app with our trainers Jo and Ashley. We are also always adding in more!

On a computer, not yet, but you can mirror your phone to TV using your Wi-Fi network.
